Jubilant Ingrevia to buy 40% stake in Zettaone Technologies for ₹189 crore, expands into electronics

Jubilant Ingrevia will buy a 40% stake in Zettaone Technologies for ₹189.2 crore to grow its electronics business. The company said, “The proposed investment is aligned with the Company's Pinnacle growth strategy.” This deal helps them offer integrated services in the semiconductor space. The transaction should finish by September 2027.
