GCC net hiring set to hit 200K in FY27 as IT services trail

Global capability centres are set to add 200,000 net employees in FY27, matching last year’s hiring levels. Meanwhile, IT services firms expect to add 115,000 to 135,000 workers this fiscal year. Staffing firms said multinational companies continue to expand their India centres as they take on more work in artificial intelligence.
