Realty firm Gaurs Group on Monday said it has sold all 1,088 apartments in its new housing project on the Yamuna Expressway for Rs 1,800 crore. The company said it has sold all units in its 12-acre project, Gaur Alaris, located in Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway, which connects Noida and Greater Noida to Agra. The project was launched in early August, and all the apartments have now been sold for Rs 1,800 crore. "The customers' response is a strong endorsement of the evolving potential of the Yamuna Expressway as a residential destination. The complete sell-out reflects the confidence buyers have in the corridor as well as in the quality, planning and execution that Gaurs Group brings to its developments," said Manoj Gaur, CMD, Gaurs Group.
