FSSAI sends notice to IRCTC after viral video shows utensils being washed in train toilet

A video showing train staff washing utensils in a toilet sparked a food safety scare. The FSSAI sent a notice to IRCTC asking for answers. IRCTC said they took "immediate action" and removed staff, but claimed they didn't get an official notice from the regulator.
