Domestic tractor sales cross one lakh units for third straight month in May; exports top 10,000 units

India's tractor sales crossed one lakh units for the third straight month in May 2026, reaching 1,08,229 units. Exports also topped 10,000 units. This growth is supported by favourable rural sentiment and improved farm economics. As one expert said, "absolute volumes have remained above the one-lakh mark for three consecutive months."
