Fourteen companies, including TCS, Vedanta, and Ola Electric, scheduled record dates for dividends, bonus issues, and rights issues between October 12 and October 16. Investors must hold shares by these dates to get benefits. More firms may announce actions soon, so shareholders should watch their portfolios closely this busy week.

Around 14 companies, including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Vedanta and Ola Electric Mobility, have scheduled record dates for dividends, bonus issues and other corporate actions during the week of October 12 (Monday) to October 16 (Friday).

To be eligible for these corporate actions, investors must hold the shares in their demat accounts as of the respective record dates. The list is tentative, as more companies may announce record dates for dividends, bonus issues, stock splits and rights issues during the week.

Here is the day-wise list of corporate actions to watch out for this week:

October 12 (Monday)

Smallcap pharma company Jojo has fixed October 12 (Monday) as the record date for its 1:1 bonus issue. This means that eligible shareholders owning one share of the company with a face value of Rs 5 each on BSE will get one bonus share with the same face value following the corporate action.

This marks its first payout since the stock adjusted for its mega demerger earlier this year. The total dividend payout will stand at Rs 1,955 crore.
