Bain Capital sells 5.64% unitholding in Embassy Office Parks REIT for Rs 2,325 crore

Bain Capital sold a 5.64% stake in Embassy Office Parks REIT for Rs 2,325 crore on Monday. The firm offloaded over 53 million units through open market transactions. Following the sale, Embassy REIT shares fell nearly 3 percent. The company now plans to expand its office portfolio by acquiring more space.
