Air India and Singapore Airlines will expand their partnership from October 15, offering more flight options between India and Singapore. The airlines will connect eight Indian cities with 126 weekly flights. Air India and Singapore Airlines will expand their commercial cooperation starting October 15. This expansion includes 126 weekly flights connecting Singapore and eight Indian cities. Eligible flights operated by either airline can be booked through both carriers' platforms. Frequent flyer members will gain enhanced benefits such as priority check-in and boarding from 2027. The collaboration aims to improve customer experience by offering greater choice and convenience.

Air India and Singapore Airlines (SIA) are set to expand their commercial cooperation from October 15, giving customers more flight options between India and Singapore and widening reciprocal benefits for frequent flyer members.

The first phase of initiatives under their Commercial Cooperation Framework Agreement, signed in January 2026, will cover 126 weekly flights between Singapore and eight Indian cities (Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata and Mumbai).

From October 15, eligible flights operated by either airline can be booked separately through the other carrier's website, mobile app and appointed travel agencies. The change removes the current requirement to combine an Air India-operated codeshare flight with an SIA-operated flight, or vice versa.

The airlines also plan to enhance benefits for Maharaja Club and KrisFlyer members. From the second quarter of 2027, Maharaja Club Platinum and KrisFlyer PPS Club members will receive priority check-in and boarding. Maharaja Club Silver and KrisFlyer Elite Silver members will also receive additional baggage allowance and priority boarding on eligible routes.

Air India Chief Commercial Officer Nipun Agarwal said, "We aim to bring greater consistency to the travel experience of our common customers between India and Singapore, while delivering greater choice, convenience and value."

Singapore Airlines Chief Commercial Officer Lee Lik Hsin said, "This partnership will give customers greater choice and convenience, as well as enhanced reciprocal benefits for our frequent flyer members."
