A magnitude 5.9 earthquake rattled the Tokyo area early Sunday, injuring more than 20 people. Officials said most victims got hurt when they fell while trying to move in a panic. While the quake caused train delays and a water pipe rupture, no tsunami alert was issued for Japan.
