Harlem's Muslim Map

The Islamic Cultural Center of New York sits between the Upper East Side and Spanish Harlem. Religious scholar Asad Dandia recently led a walking tour exploring the neighborhood's deep Muslim history. He said, "The Muslim community of Harlem is not a parochial community in the sense that it's detached."
