Germany's Wadephul to urge Rubio to take more active role on Ukraine

German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul plans to speak with U.S. counterpart Marco Rubio on Monday. He wants Rubio to take a more active role in Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts. "I may be able to encourage him myself to do more there," Wadephul said. Berlin is also talking to other countries for help.
