A Comic Book About 'Dogs' Has a Serious Purpose

The New York State inspector general has written a comic book titled "American Watchdogs" to teach teenagers about government oversight. Lucy Lang said she wants to make the work of an inspector general more relatable by "bringing the public into public integrity." The 12-page graphic nonfiction explains corruption and whistle-blowing.
