30 people killed in a landslide in the capital of Guinea, officials say

A landslide at the largest landfill in Conakry, Guinea, killed 30 people early on Sunday. Heavy rains triggered the collapse, burying nearby homes. Six people got injured during the disaster. Minister Dienabou Touré said, “We will ensure that the remaining families are relocated elsewhere.” Search operations are still underway today.
