Diego Maradona's 'Hand of God' ball fetches $3.3 million in auction

The ball used for Diego Maradona’s famous 'Hand of God' goal at the 1986 World Cup fetched $3.3 million at a United States auction. Mike Provenzale said, "It's a true one-of-one item. Arguably the most significant soccer item that exists." The final price fell short of the initial $10 million estimate.
