No plot, no premeditation; Badal attack was 'spur-of-the-moment' act, say cops

Police found no conspiracy behind the attack on Sukhbir Singh Badal at a Nanded gurdwara. Jaspal Singh, who got arrested 10 days ago, acted alone on a spur-of-the-moment decision. An officer said, "It appears that he was acting alone and that no one else was involved in the attack."
