J&K restarts probe into 1998 Wandhama massacre of 23 Kashmiri Pandits

The Jammu and Kashmir State Investigation Agency restarted the probe into the 1998 Wandhama massacre where 23 Kashmiri Pandits got killed. The agency also stepped up investigations into the deaths of Tika Lal Taploo and Justice Neelkanth Ganjoo. Officials now work to identify terrorists who helped in these old attacks.
