Deepender Hooda makes U-turn after backlash over Sajjan Kumar 'role model' remark

Rohtak Congress MP Deepender Hooda on Sunday denied calling Sajjan Kumar a role model after facing backlash. Kumar died on Thursday. Hooda said, "If anyone's feelings have been hurt, I express my regret as your brother." He claimed his words were distorted to play politics and hurt the Sikh community.
