Mallikarjun Kharge cites Niti Aayog report, says 8.7 crore youth are out of education, jobs

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge said 8.7 crore Indian youth aged 15 to 29 are not studying, working, or receiving training. Citing a Niti Aayog report, he claimed the Modi government ravaged the pathway from education to employment. He added, "Families spend their savings, students take education loans and earn degrees."
