TVS Supply Chain, Japan's Sankyu join hands to expand supply chain, engineering services; shares jump 8%

TVS Supply Chain Solutions signed a strategic MoU with Japan’s Sankyu Inc. to expand supply chain and engineering services. Shares jumped 8.08% on Monday after the announcement. Sankyu also intends to acquire a 0.5% stake in the company. This partnership will initially focus on supporting India’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.
