China raised a weather alert as two typhoons approach the coast. Typhoon Narra will land between late Tuesday night and Wednesday, while Typhoon Saudel may hit between late Thursday night and Friday morning. The National Meteorological Center said parts of Fujian, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Hainan will see heavy rainfall soon.
