Erik Poppe Directs 'Beloved' Written by Nobel Prize Winner Jon Fosse

Erik Poppe directs the film Beloved, which opened the Norwegian International Film Festival Haugesund. The script was written by Nobel Prize winner Jon Fosse almost 20 years ago. Poppe said, “I needed to hold onto some sense of hope – or at least something more human,” while filming this intimate story.
