Vahan AI fine-tuned the 30-billion-parameter Nvidia Nemotron model to improve its blue-collar hiring platform. The company used its own data to make voice conversations faster and more accurate. Founder Madhav Krishna said, “We have now deployed it in production and we are diverting about 10% of our traffic to it.”
