Urban Company sues Kent RO over ‘unsafe’, ‘risky’ water purifier ads; company to pull down 'offending' content

Urban Company sued Kent RO Systems in the Delhi High Court on August 11 over misleading advertisements. Kent RO called Urban Company’s Native water purifiers unsafe and risky. After the August 12 hearing, Kent RO agreed to pull down the offending content within 15 days to resolve the legal dispute.
