IIT Delhi engineer develops fridge that runs without truck engine, cuts cooling costs by 75%

IIT Delhi graduate Shaivee Malik and her team at Yotuh Energy developed a battery-powered refrigeration system for trucks. This unit runs independently of the engine for six to eight hours. It cuts cooling costs by 75% and reduces diesel use, helping to keep perishable goods fresh while lowering carbon emissions.
