What's Going on With Mitch McConnell? Kentucky's Governor Has Questions.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear asked Senator Mitch McConnell to prove his capacity to serve or resign. McConnell has been hospitalized since mid-June. Beshear wrote, "I am addressing this letter to Senator McConnell under the assumption that he is capable of reading and responding verbally, and not incapacitated by means."
