UN rights office warns of worsening settler violence in West Bank

The U.N. human rights office warned on Wednesday of worsening settler violence in the West Bank. Officials said 18 Palestinians died in settler attacks this year. Ravina Shamdasani said, "Settlers and Israeli security forces, often acting together, have attacked local communities." Israel recently approved 34 new settlements in the area.
