How US Senate Russia sanctions could spell 100% tariffs for India, China

The US Senate advanced the Lindsey O Graham Sanctioning Russia Act of 2026 this week in an 86 to 12 vote. The bill could trigger huge tariffs for India and China if they keep buying Russian oil. President Trump also wants to add tariffs on countries that buy Iranian oil.
