Vaughan on Stephen Fleming taking England job

Michael Vaughan said Stephen Fleming is a good appointment as England’s Test coach. He felt Fleming should have started from the series against Pakistan on August 19 instead of the South Africa tour in December. Vaughan believes Fleming and Brendon McCullum have a good relationship and will work well together.
