After Europe, Asia and South America rise up against FIFA

FIFA’s plan to bring private investors into football is facing growing resistance from Europe, Asia, and North and Central America. The Asian Football Confederation said it was not consulted, calling the move totally unacceptable. UEFA also rejected the proposal, threatening a boycott if FIFA does not abandon the new plan.
