A 245-million-year-old marine reptile fossil found in China preserves a rare digestive tract and its last fish meal. Researchers said the specimen, Austronaga minuta, showed a simple stomach. Dr Nick Fraser noted, "Austronaga had only a single stomach chamber, suggesting that this more complex, two-part structure evolved later in archosaur."
