Scientists say Super El Nino is here. Govt says we don't have that category

Scientists say a powerful El Nino is strengthening, but the Indian government said there is no official "Super El Nino" category. The India Meteorological Department classifies events as weak, moderate, strong or very strong. Dr Jitendra Singh said, "The exact intensity and impacts depend on the evolution of coupled ocean-atmosphere conditions."
