Godzilla El Nino coming: How is India tracking the warming ocean?

India is tracking the strengthening El Nino using a vast network of satellites, buoys, and floats. The Ministry of Earth Sciences said the country now operates 19 subsurface moorings and 12 tsunami buoys. This infrastructure helps scientists monitor ocean conditions to improve monsoon forecasts and provide early warnings for hazards.
