Woman booked for using abusive language against PM Modi at CJP-led Jantar Mantar protest

Noida police registered a zero FIR against a woman for using abusive language against PM Modi during a Jantar Mantar protest. Manisha Singh said, “We registered a zero FIR under sections 352, 353(1) and 356(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.” The case moved to New Delhi for further investigation on Wednesday.
