‘We are in India, a fly is on my table’: Bombay HC judge as FDA suspends licence of top Mumbai hotel

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday questioned the FDA for suspending a Navi Mumbai hotel’s licence after a surprise inspection on July 3. Acting Chief Justice Ravindra V Ghuge said, “We are in India, madam. We want to take a realistic step.” The court asked for a report by July 31.
