Karnataka govt officer attacked for excluding Bangladesh, Pak nationals in SIR list: BJP

A government officer was brutally assaulted in Pulakeshi Nagar, Karnataka, after he refused to include Bangladeshis and Pakistanis in the voters' list on Thursday. BJP leader S Harish said, "Fakirappa was dragged on the road and brutally assaulted." Three people got arrested, but many others involved in the attack escaped.
