Cryptic bail orders need not be revisited: SC

The Supreme Court said on Friday that cryptic bail orders need not be revisited. The court rejected the Uttarakhand government’s appeal against bail granted to Abdul Malik in the February 2024 Banbhoolpura violence case. Justice Bagchi noted, "Even cryptic bail orders do not need to be revisited," while questioning police actions.
