Civic infrastructure work affected in city because of ban on limited tender: Mayor

Chennai Mayor R. Priya said monsoon preparedness and civic infrastructure work got affected because of a ban on limited tenders. At a council meeting on Wednesday, Deputy Mayor M. Magesh Kumaar said, "The rules that apply to the Chief Minister must be applicable to all," while discussing project delays.
