BJP MP Anurag Thakur files privilege notice against Rahul Gandhi over remarks on Amit Shah

BJP MP Anurag Thakur filed a privilege notice against Rahul Gandhi on July 29, 2026. Thakur said Gandhi used derogatory language against Amit Shah during the Public Examinations Amendment Bill debate. He asked Speaker Om Birla to refer the matter to the Privilege Committee and seek an apology from Gandhi.
