'When did it become criminal offense?': CJP's Saurav Das after woman booked over 'abusive' remarks against PM Modi

Noida police filed a zero FIR against a woman for using abusive language against PM Modi. Complainant Smriti Singh alleged the remarks hurt the dignity of the office. CJP’s Saurav Das said, "Since when has using abusive language become a criminal offense in this country?" Police are investigating the matter.
