Supreme Court grants bail to two Indian Mujahideen 'operatives'; says continued incarceration violates right to liberty

The Supreme Court granted bail to two Indian Mujahideen operatives on July 27. Mohd Saquib Ansari and Waqar Azhar were in custody since 2014. The court said their continued incarceration was "grossly violative" of the right to liberty. It noted that the trial progress was extremely slow for the accused.
