Forest department's twin initiatives in Kanniyakumari boost education and skills among Kaani tribals

The Kanniyakumari forest department started a multipurpose training centre at Zero Point and evening tuition classes for Kaani tribal children. V. Reghu said, "Students are enthusiastically attending the classes." These initiatives help tribal youth gain skills and support students whose parents cannot assist them with their daily school studies.
