Swiggy takes aim at Zepto's NRV, says metric can inflate topline by 20%

Swiggy challenged Zepto’s use of Net Realisable Value as a business metric. Swiggy said, "such NRV can potentially inflate reported top-line metrics by ~20%." While Zepto uses this to show total economic value, Swiggy prefers Net Order Value. They believe it is a clean way to show actual consumer demand.
