SEBI gives thumbs up to Polite Powertech, Kay Jay Forgings IPOs

SEBI gave approval to Polite Powertech and Kay Jay Forgings for their IPOs during the week ended July 31. Both companies filed draft papers in March 2026. Polite Powertech plans to raise funds for working capital, while Kay Jay Forgings aims to raise Rs 360 crore for expansion and debt repayment.
