Face value: Bajaj Finance bets on AI-powered cameras for personalized offers

Bajaj Finance plans to expand its AI-powered facial recognition system from 544 stores to 3,000 by March 2027. The cameras identify customers to trigger personalized offers. Rajeev Jain said, "Face, logically, should become an identity, reducing fraud detection." The company hopes these upgrades will raise customer identification rates to 70%.
