Malayalam filmmaker Bharathan remembered in his native place in Kerala's Wadakkancherry with music, memories and tributes

Filmmaker Bharathan was remembered with music and tributes in his native Wadakkancherry on Thursday. Screenwriter Shibu Chakravarthy said, "Friendship with Bharathan was like a journey through the Himalayas." The event also honoured late actor KPAC Lalitha. Officials announced a new open-air auditorium to celebrate the legacy of the legendary director.
