Patanjali Insurance? Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev ventures into new turf with Magma General Insurance acquisition

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India approved Patanjali Ayurved and the DS Group’s acquisition of Magma General Insurance. Patanjali will get a 73.56 per cent stake in the deal valued at nearly ₹4,500 crore. The firm offers many insurance products, including motor, health, property, and commercial insurance services.
