Kavach 4.0 now covers key Mirzapur-DDU section on Delhi-Howrah corridor -- What railway passengers need to know

North Central Railway commissioned Kavach 4.0 on the 64-km rail section between Mirzapur and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Junction. This addition brings the total network to 716 route km. The system helps loco pilots by monitoring train movement and applying brakes automatically, making travel on the busy Delhi-Howrah corridor much safer.
