India's family offices embrace profit-sharing to attract top talent

India’s billionaire-owned family offices are increasingly offering profit-sharing to attract top investment talent. Firms like those of Azim Premji and Harsh Mariwala now use carried interest to compete for managers. Tayyab Mohamed of Agreus said, “All family offices should consider implementing a long-term incentive plan to better retain key talent.”
