Indian Oil to hire dedicated vessel to ferry LPG cylinders from Sri Vijaya Puram to all islands

Indian Oil Corporation Limited plans to hire a dedicated vessel to ferry LPG cylinders from Sri Vijaya Puram to remote islands. A senior official said, "It will bring immense relief to the residents." This five-year contract, worth Rs 58.90 crore, aims to ensure uninterrupted supply and fix long-pending distribution issues.
