AMS hands over indigenous SDD to Indian Navy; shares rise

Apollo Micro Systems handed over an indigenously developed Safety & Detonation Device to the Indian Navy. The company said this move helps reduce procurement costs and boosts defence self-reliance. Following the news, shares of the company got a lift and settled 2.74 percent higher at Rs 388.45 per share today.
